Radian exists to challenge that approach.

We design hair tools around long-term hair health, not short-term performance theater.

Meet the Founder: Elena Moore

Elena Moore didn’t set out to start a hair brand.

Like many women, she simply began noticing changes she couldn’t explain. Her hair still looked good right after styling — but felt drier, frizzier, and more fragile between washes. Products that once worked stopped making a difference. Results never lasted.

She did what most people do:
• Invested in better conditioners and treatments
• Used heat protectants faithfully
• Upgraded to premium tools

Some helped temporarily. None explained why the problem kept returning.

What frustrated Elena most wasn’t the damage itself —it was how little anyone talked about what actually causes it.

No one explained how repeated heat exposure works. No one explained why hair can look fine for years… then suddenly doesn’t.

The Insight That Changed Everything

Elena discovered what most brands never clearly explain:

That realization reframed everything.

The real question wasn’t:

“How do we make hair look good today?”

It was:

“How do we protect the hair someone will still have years from now?”

Why Radian Was Created
