Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is as follows

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouses for dispatch, which takes around 1 business days. 

Shipping time: The shipping time usually takes between 2-3 business days to the US and Canada (If ordered before 3/16/2023, shipping time will be 5-9 days)

For logistic reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. We do this to expedite your order reaching you on time in the shortest time possible. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once, they will get to you.

If you don't receive your order, please contact us and we can arrange a refund for you.

Please note, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
